PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Astoria, acting pursuant to ORS 223.935-223.950, will be holding a public hearing to consider legalization and dedication of a portion of Maritime Road and 54th Street for street, road, right-of-way, and public utility purposes. No record of an easement or public dedication of Maritime Road and 54th Street is known to exist.
The survey and staff report are available for inspection at no cost, and a copy can be provided at a reasonable cost. All such documents and information are available by contacting the Engineering Division by email ntait@astoria.or.us, by mail at 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, OR 97103, or by phone (503) 338-5173.
The matter will be considered by the Astoria City Council at a public hearing on November 1, 2021 at 7:00 PM at the Astoria City Hall, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria.
