This project is planned to be a design and construction project that can begin as soon as funding becomes available.

The request for SOQ document may be reviewed and/or obtained from the Public Works’ Engineering Division, first floor, City Hall, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria, Oregon; Phone (503) 338-5173. All firms who intend to submit a SOQ must register as a prospective proposer with the Public Works Department. No pre-submittal meeting is planned for this project.

SOQ’s received after the above specified time will not be considered. The carrier, including the United States Postal Service, is considered an agent of the proposer.
